The breakfast has very good options with a cup of tea and fresh juices and toast. It has unbeatable, excellent setting, adjacent to motorways and link roads as well as pathway around a lake.

The place was exceptionally clean with friendly efficient stuff members. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was good.

I stayed here for 2 days and would definitely book again. Loved spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. Its staff was accommodating and superfriendly. The property was set in a countryside area adjacent to the lake side and well equipped serv Station shops next door and Temple Newsam.

The location was great as for me. Also, it was 5 mins drive from Temple Newsam. The room was reasonably spacious with good space, had a good night's sleep.

We both really enjoyed it, the place is exceptionally comfortable and absolutely fabulous and suited fine. The location was great for Leeds, next to a major motorway junction, restaurants and motorway, and taxi.
